Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) acquires a grocery store in Denmark for EUR 2.3m
Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) ("Cibus" or the "Company") has today closed the acquisition of a grocery store in Denmark for EUR 2.3m. The property is acquired from a Danish private investor.
The asset is located in Struer, Western Jutland and is fully let with Meny as anchor tenant. The lettable area is around 2,700 sqm.
