Catena Media plc (the "Company") hereby announces that it has on 3 February received a notification (the "Notification") from Second Swedish National Pension Fund, with registered office in Gothenburg, Sweden.

The Notification indicates that as a result of the cancellation of 4,295,510 of the Company’s shares, Second Swedish National Pension Fund, as of 1 February 2023, holds 5.23% of the shares and voting rights in the Company.
