Catena Media plc (the "Company") hereby announces that it has on 17 May 2026 received a notification from Optimus Invest Limited, with registered office in St Julians, Malta. The notification is with regards to an acquisition of shares and voting rights in the Company (the "Notification") made by Optimus Invest Limited.
The Notification indicates that Optimus Invest Limited, as of 19 December 2024, holds 5.0777% of the shares and voting rights in the Company.
