Catena Media plc announces that the number of shares and voting rights in the company has increased by 70,550 due to the exercise of Catena Media's warrants (CTM TO1) during the 13th warrant exercise period that followed publication of the Interim report for the first quarter of 2023.

As announced on 29 May 2023, 70,550 warrants were used to subscribe for the same number of new ordinary shares in Catena Media during the 13th warrant exercise period. The new shares were then registered with the Maltese authorities.

As of 30 June 2023, the last trading day of the month, the number of shares and voting rights in Catena Media has increased from 78,699,262 to 78,769,812 and share capital has risen by EUR 105.83 to EUR 118,154.72.
