Catena Media plc (LEI code: 549300609A73DL5C5Z86) repurchased a total of 11,534 of its own ordinary shares (ISIN code: MT0001000109) during week 37, 2026 as part of the share buyback programme announced on 10 September 2026. Its purpose is to satisfy the company’s obligations to participants in the company’s long-term incentive programmes 2024, 2025 and 2026.
The programme is being carried out in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 ("MAR") and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 (the "Safe Harbour Regulation").
All share repurchases were carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm by ABG Sundal Collier AB on behalf of Catena Media.
