BrainCool AB (publ): BrainCool receives a new order for 20 systems from Zoll® aimed for the German market

BrainCool AB has received a new order for 20 BrainCool™ System worth approximately SEK 4 million with delivery during the first quarter of 2024. In addition, deliveries of disposable items will be made when the systems are in use.

BrainCool's American partner Zoll® has placed the order to market and sell BrainCool™ System on the German market. Zoll® launches a new sales model for BrainCool™ System in Germany based on the number of patients and treatments. Thus, instead of charging the customer the full investment cost, Zoll® will charge for the number of treatments in exchange for installing the system free of charge.
 
CEO Martin Waleij comments;
-“ It is a very interesting and competitive model that Zoll® is launching in Germany. The model can accelerate market penetration, gain market share and increase growth, which benefits BrainCool. During quarter four 2023 BrainCool has delivered 25 system to Zoll® for the US Market.”
 
BrainCool and Zoll have a cooperation agreement where Zoll has the distribution rights for BrainCool™ System in the US, Germany, Austria and Switzerland, among others. (Ref 1)
