BIOFISH HOLDING AS – New share capital registered

Ljones, 16 December 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Biofish Holding AS on 6 December 2024 regarding completion of the acquisition of Biofish Land AS and the resolution to issue 8.55 million new shares to the seller, Biofish Aquafarms AS.

The share capital increase of NOK 8.55 million pertaining to the issuance of the 8.55 million new shares has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret).

The new share capital is NOK 110 285 058 divided into 110 285 058 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.00.
