Beijer Ref

Beijer Ref has completed the transaction of Refspecs, a HVAC/R wholesaler in New Zealand. In December 2025, Beijer Ref signed a binding agreement to acquire Refspecs. Following unconditional approval from the New Zealand competition authority, the transaction has now been completed.

Headquartered in Auckland, New Zealand, Refspecs will continue to operate under its existing brand. The company is included in the Beijer Ref Group's accounts as of 3 August, 2026.
