Beijer Ref

Beijer Ref has completed the acquisition of Refra, a well-known European manufacturer of natural refrigerant HVAC/R systems, based in Lithuania. In August 2026, Beijer Ref signed a binding agreement to acquire 90 percent of the shares in Refra, with an option to acquire the remaining shares. Following unconditional approval from the Lithuanian competition authority, the transaction has now been completed.

Headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania, Refra will continue to operate under its existing brand. The company is included in the Beijer Ref Group’s accounts as of 9 October, 2026.
