Beijer Ref

Beijer Ref has acquired AM Distributors, an HVAC distributor based in the United States, with annual net sales of approximately SEK 460 million and good profitability.

AM Distributors, founded in 2014 and headquartered in Miami, Florida, operates branches across Miami, Miramar and Hialeah, expanding Beijer Ref’s presence into South Florida in the United States. 

The company brings strong industry expertise and will continue operating under its existing brand. The acquisition is expected to have a minor positive impact on Beijer Ref’s results.
