Beijer Almas completes the divestment of Habia Cable

MARKN.

On 5 July 2022 Beijer Alma announced that it had entered into an agreement to divest Habia Cable to HEW-KABEL. The divestment has been completed today, 14 October 2022, against a cash consideration and in-line with the previously communicated terms.

The divestment is made to strengthens the group’s focus on profitable growth and acquisitions at the same time as Habia Cable is given the right conditions for growth. In-line with what has been communicated previously, Habia Cable is valued to approximately SEK 910 million on a cash and debt free basis and generates a capital gain of approximately SEK 340 million.
