Azelio postpones Annual General Meeting and delivery and publication of Annual Report 2022 and Interim Report for the first quarter of 2023

The Board of Directors of Azelio has decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting and the delivery and publication of the Annual Report for 2022. At the same time, Azelio's Board of Directors has decided to postpone the interim report for the first quarter of 2023.

The previously stated date for the Annual General Meeting is May 11, and for the Annual Report April 13. The previously stated date for the interim report for the first quarter is May 10.

The reason for the adjustments to the financial calendar is that Azelio's board and management are in an intensive period of securing additional financing for the Company via equity, strategic partnership that could include commercial orders, or loan.

New dates:

  • Annual General Meeting: June 30
  • Annual report: June 9
  • Interim report for the first quarter: May 31
