Artificial Solutions changes name to Teneo AI AB
The new company name has been registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office and trading in the Company's shares will take place under the new name Teneo AI AB (short name: TENEO) as of 20 August 2024. The ISIN code will continue to be SE0018397184. The FISN code will change to TENEO/SH.
In connection with the name change, a new investor relations website has been launched where company information and press releases will be presented in the future. Visit it at www.teneo.ai/investors.
"We initiated a rebranding of our go-to-market brand last year and now all our customer-facing material is available on Teneo.ai. In addition, our sales organization contacts potential customers from Teneo.ai. This has proved to be positive for our market recognition and we are therefore changing the name of our company to Teneo.ai", says CEO Per Ottosson.
