Fredrik Oweson today informsed the Chair of the board of his voluntary resignation from the Board of Directors. Mr. Oweson is Partner and co-founder of Scope, representing Artificial Solutions’ currently largest shareholder Scope Growth III on the Board. Mr. Oweson has been a board member of Artificial Solutions since Scope’s first investment in 2008.

“I believe Per and his management team have made great progress on the way to capture the potential of the unique capabilities of Artificial Solutions’ technology, and with the rights issue secured, without Scope being able to participate, it becomes a natural point for me to step down and wish everyone involved the best for the future.“ says Fredrik Oweson, Partner at Scope.
