Adventure Box Technologies AB (publ) announces that the Board of Directors has resolved to remove the current Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Duncan McIntyre, with immediate effect. This decision has been taken in alignment with the Board's strategic review and the company's ongoing efforts to strengthen operational performance.
A new interim CEO will be announced in the next two weeks. Further details regarding the
appointment will be communicated in due course.
In the interim, senior management will ensure continuity of operations and maintain focus
