Adventure Box Technologies AB (publ) enters into binding agreement with consortium of investors
Adventure Box Technologies AB (publ), a company listed on Nasdaq First North Growth
Market, announces today that it has entered into a binding agreement with a consortium
of investors for the acquisition of a majority stake in the company.
Under the terms of the agreement, the investor consortium will acquire 51% of the
shares in Adventure Box Technologies AB. This strategic transaction marks a significant
milestone for the company and is expected to bring new resources, strategic insight, and
long-term commitment to the future development of Adventure Box.
