Increased number of shares and votes in Addnode Group

The number of shares and votes in Addnode Group AB (publ) has increased as a result of a share split 4:1 in the company that was resolved upon at the annual general meeting on 4 May 2022.

Following the share split, the number of shares in the company increased from 33,632,058 shares to 134,528,232 shares, of which the number of class A shares increased from 987,174 to 3,948,696 shares and the number of class B shares increased from 32,644,884 to 130,579,536 shares. The number of votes increased from 42,516,624 to 170,066,496.

As of the last trading day in May 2022, there are in total 134,528,232 shares in the company, of which 3,948,696 class A shares and 130,579,536 class B shares. The total number of votes amounts to 170,066,496 votes.
