Increased Number of Shares and Votes in Addnode Group

The number of shares and votes in Addnode Group AB (publ) has increased as a result of a new issue of B shares resolved upon by the Board of Directors on July 1, 2025. The issue was carried out in connection with Addnode Group’s acquisition of Genus AS, with part of the purchase price paid with newly issued B shares in Addnode Group.

Through the share issue the number of B shares in the company increased by 2,024,442 and the number of votes increased by 2,024,442.

As of the last trading day in July 2025, there were in total 136,552,674 shares in Addnode Group, divided into 3,948,696 A shares and 132,603,978 B shares. The total number of votes amounted to 172,090,938.
