Acenta Group AB ("Acenta Group" or the "Company") announces that the publication of the interim report Q1 2026 previously scheduled for May 25, 2026, has been postponed to May 29, 2026.

The Company requires additional time to finalize the reporting process and ensure the quality and accuracy of the financial figures and disclosures.

The interim report is expected to be published on May 29, 2026.
