ZignSec announces last day of trading in BTA
ZignSec AB's (publ) ("ZignSec" or the "Company") rights issue of shares, which was resolved by the Company's Board of Directors on 29 April 2024, has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
The last day of trading in BTA (paid subscribed share) on Nasdaq First North Growth Market will be on 18 June 2024 and stop day will be on 20 June 2024. The new shares are expected to be booked in each shareholder’s VP account/depository on 25 June 2024.
