Yaskawa Nordic will use XMReality Remote Guidance^TM primarily to strengthen service and support to their customer base. By using XMReality, they can instantly connect with a customer that calls in to report an issue. All calls can easily be documented and saved for future reference or to do an efficient handover to another internal technician. Apart from using the solution for service and aftermarket support, their intention is also to test XMReality internally between technicians to facilitate collaboration and knowledge transfer.
