XMReality AB (publ) initiates measurement period for the exercise price of warrants
The exercise price for the warrants will be determined to 70 percent of the volume-weighted average price during the measurement period, from April 21, 2023, to May 5, 2023. The exercise price will be a minimum of SEK 0.55 per share and a maximum of SEK 1.00 per share.
A total of 47,555,269 warrants of series TO1 were issued. Two (2) warrants of series TO1 gives the right, during the period of May 8, 2023, to May 19, 2023, to subscribe for one (1) new share in XMReality.
When the exercise price for the warrants has been determined, XMReality will issue a new press release.
