Board of Directors in WPTG appoints an audit committee

Stockholm, Sweden, 2025-11-05 - White Pearl Technology Group AB (WPTG) – A Swedish Global Tech Company – today announced that the Board of Directors resolved to form an audit committee.
The WPTG audit committee will consist of:
Arne Nabseth – Board Director (chairman of the committee)
Jari Koister – Board Director
Hans Hägg – CFO of WPTG AB
Chettan Ottam – Group CFO
Vikas Gupta – COO
Ismail Ally – Chief Compliance Officer
The audit committee will have a key role in supporting the board of directors with:
- Financial Reporting Oversight
- Internal Control and Risk Management
- External Audit
- Internal Audit
- Compliance and Ethical Standards
These duties are governed primarily by the Swedish Companies Act, the Swedish Corporate Governance Code, and applicable EU audit regulations.
