The WPTG audit committee will consist of:
Arne Nabseth – Board Director (chairman of the committee)
Jari Koister – Board Director
Hans Hägg – CFO of WPTG AB
Chettan Ottam – Group CFO
Vikas Gupta – COO
Ismail Ally – Chief Compliance Officer

The audit committee will have a key role in supporting the board of directors with:

• Financial Reporting Oversight
• Internal Control and Risk Management
• External Audit
• Internal Audit
• Compliance and Ethical Standards

These duties are governed primarily by the Swedish Companies Act, the Swedish Corporate Governance Code, and applicable EU audit regulations.
