Westpay postpones the publication of the Annual Report

Westpay AB has decided to postpone the publication of the Annual Report 2022 until April 13, 2023. The date of the Annual General Meeting remains on May 4, 2023.

The Annual Report will be published on the Company’s website on Thursday April 13, 2023 and not during week 7, 2023 as previously announced. The postponement is due to a high workload for management and the board.
 
The Annual General Meeting will be held on May 4, 2023.
