Webrock Ventures’ portfolio company Finanzero Brazil AB secures SEK 8 million investment

Webrock Ventures AB (“Webrock” or the “Company”) announces that its portfolio company, Finanzero Brazil AB (“Finanzero”), has raised SEK 8 million in a funding round. The transaction values Finanzero at a pre-money valuation of SEK 76,6 million, representing a decrease of SEK 79,4 million compared to the valuation reported in Webrock’s Year-End Report Q4 2024, leading to a SEK 14,6 million decrease in the Company’s net asset value. Finanzero’s post-money valuation amounts to SEK 84,6 million.
