Wall to Wall Group AB publishes Annual Report for 2025

Wall to Wall Group AB (publ) today publishes its Annual Report for the financial year 2025. The annual report presents the company's financial position and results for the year.

The Board of Directors aims to propose a dividend for the full year 2025. Considering the company's investment needs, ongoing development initiatives and financial position, the Board of Directors has decided not to propose a dividend for resolution at the Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors intends to reconsider the matter after the end of the third quarter and may then submit a proposal for a dividend for the full year 2025 and convene an Extraordinary General Meeting for a decision.
