Volati strengthens its management group with expertise in strategic HR

The supply and development of competence and leadership are central to Volati's value creation. Volati is now increasing its focus by strengthening the management group with Åsa Holmgren, the new Head of Strategic HR. Åsa will assume the position in August 2024.

Most recently, Åsa joins us from a global HR role at EQT and has over 25 years of experience as a leader in HR, sustainability, and business development in international companies. Her previous employers include Axel Johnson International, OSM Group, and Capgemini Consulting. Over the years, she has worked both operationally and strategically across entire organizations. Åsa holds a Master of Science in Engineering from KTH and has also studied at the Stockholm School of Economics.

As Head of Strategic HR, Åsa will lead and develop Volati's existing leadership programs. She will also support the group's companies and be responsible for introducing new initiatives for competence development and leadership growth.

In addition to her broad and relevant experience, she will enhance our focus on this area even further.
