Volati's largest owner has transferred all of his ordinary shares to his wholly owned company

Volati AB (publ) has been notified that the company's largest shareholder, Karl Perlhagen, has today transferred all of his ordinary shares to Karl Perlhagen AB, a company wholly owned by him.
