Adjustment of the nomination committee's proposal

The nomination committee's proposal for Viva Wine Group AB's annual general meeting on 16 May 2023 has been adjusted.

Board member Helen Fasth Gillstedt has announced that she is not available for re-election. Viva Wine Group's nomination committee does not propose a replacement but proposes to the annual general meeting that the board should consist of five members.
