Vertiseit interim report January–June 2023

At the end of the second quarter of 2023, Vertiseit's Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) amounted to SEK 150.9 million (125), an increase of 20.7 percent compared to the previous year. SaaS revenue (Software as a Service) for the quarter increased by SEK 12.5 million to SEK 44.8 million (32.4). Sequentially, ARR grew by 4.7 percent (55.7) compared to the previous quarter, corresponding to an annual organic growth rate of 20.2 percent. Net sales increased by 6.5 percent to SEK 84.1 million (78.9). EBITDA amounted to SEK 7.1 million.

THE QUARTER APRIL–JUNE

  • At the end of the quarter, Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) amounted to SEK 150.9 million (125.0), an increase of 20.7 percent compared to the previous year. SaaS revenue (Software as a Service) for the quarter increased by SEK 12.5 million to SEK 44.8 million (32.4).
  • Sequentially, ARR grew by 4.7 percent (55.7) compared to the previous quarter, corresponding to an annual organic growth rate of 20.2 percent.
  • Net sales increased by 6.5 percent to SEK 84.1 million (78.9).
  • Adjusted for acquisition related costs, earnings before depreciation (EBITDA) amounted to SEK 7.4 million (8.4) and the adjusted EBITDA margin to 8.8 percent (10.7). Unadjusted, earnings before depreciation (EBITDA) amounted to SEK 7.1 million (-0.9), and the EBITDA margin to 8.4 percent (-1.2).
  • The profit/loss for the quarter amounted to -4.6 MSEK (-7.1).
  • Total profit/loss, including recalculation of foreign operations, per share before and after dilution, amounted to SEK 0.55 and SEK 0.48 respectively (-0.08 and -0.08 respectively).

THE PERIOD JANUARY–JUNE

  • SaaS revenues increased during the period by SEK 32.7 million to SEK 87.3 million (54.6).
  • Net sales during the period amounted to SEK 164.1 million (133.3) – an increase of SEK 30.7 million.
  • Adjusted for non-recurring costs related to acquisitions, earnings before depreciation (EBITDA) amounted to SEK 18.7 million (19.0) and the adjusted EBITDA margin to 11.4 percent (14.3). Unadjusted, earnings before depreciation (EBITDA) amounted to SEK 7.1 million (-0.9) and the EBITDA margin to 11.2 percent (5.9).
  • The period’s profit/loss amounted to -3.2 MSEK (-4.7).
  • Total earnings per share before and after dilution amounted to SEK 0.39 and SEK 0.34 respectively (0.12 and 0.11 respectively).
