VEF 2024 Annual Report

VEF AB (publ) announces the release of its 2024 Annual Report, including an integrated Sustainability Report.

Reflecting on the past year and outlining VEF’s ambitions going forward, in the report, CEO Dave Nangle comments:

“For an investment company like VEF, a quality portfolio is our most important asset. Valuations can and do move and exit timings can be hard to predict, but if the portfolio is quality and growing you have a strong tailwind for long term value creation.

2024 continued the positive trend of better in the venture space, from 2022 lows, as we saw investment flows and exit markets build momentum.

Strengthening our balance sheet and reducing our traded discount are strategic priorities we intend to carry over from 2024 into 2025. Our goal is to lower our traded discount to NAV and get back on the front foot investing.”
