Ranjan Tandon resigns from Board of Directors of VEF

Ranjan Tandon has notified the Board of his resignation as Director of the Board of Directors of VEF AB (publ) (“VEF”). In his letter of resignation, he has noted that he is resigning due to personal reasons and no longer being able to devote the required time for the directorship. Mr Tandon is the owner of VEF’s second largest shareholder, Libra Funds.
