Changes to VEF’s Nomination Committee

VEF AB (publ) (VEF) announces the resignation of Pia Gisgård, appointed by Swedbank Robur Fonder, from VEF’s Nomination Committee.

Pia Gisgård has resigned from VEF’s nomination committee following the recent sale of all of Swedbank Robur Fonder’s shares in VEF. No additional member has been appointed to the Nomination Committee. The members of the Nomination Committee currently are:

  • Jake Hennemuth, appointed by Acacia Partners (Chairman of the Nomination Committee);
  • Simon Westlake, appointed by City of London; and
  • Lars O Grönstedt, Chairman of the Board of Directors of VEF (non-voting member)
