After a strategic evaluation of its operations, CombiGene’s board decided to discontinue all research activities and lay off personnel. In the light of the operational and business changes made, the company has issued a notice of an extraordinary general meeting to be held on February 20, 2025. The EGM will also decide to authorise the board to decide on the issuance of new shares, warrants or convertibles, with or without deviation from the shareholders’ preferential rights.
