Upsales Technology AB (publ) delays publication of Annual Report for financial year 2025

The publication of the Annual Report for the financial year 2025 is delayed from the previously communicated date of 1 April 2026 due to administrative reasons. The Annual Report is expected to be published on 21 April 2026.

As a consequence, the Annual General Meeting will also be postponed. The Annual General Meeting is expected to be held in mid-May 2026. Upsales will revert with a formal notice and updated date in due course.
