Formerly Twiik AB (publ), has completed the name change to Metabolic Nordic AB (publ), which was approved at the Annual General Meeting held on June 26th. The new ticker for the stock is MBOLIC. The name change for the publicly traded stock will take effect on July 15, 2024, following the registration of the new company name with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket).
The new company name is part of the previously communicated strategy focusing on consumer solutions for metabolic health and sustainable lifestyle changes.
