Trelleborg’s divestment of its printing blanket operation finalized

Trelleborg Group has finalized the divestment of its printing blanket operation to Continental, which intends to integrate the operation into its ContiTech business area. It is deconsolidated as of today.

The purchase price amounts to approximately SEK 1,530 M. A capital gain of approximately SEK 50 M will be reported as a non-recurring income in the second quarter of 2023.

The operation reported annual sales of SEK 1,340 M in 2022 and has been recognized among Assets held for sale in the financial statements.
