Trelleborg’s divestment of Czech automotive component operation finalized

Trelleborg Group has finalized the divestment of a Czech operation in automotive components to Kaprain. The operation is deconsolidated as of today.

The operation reported annual sales of approximately SEK 450 M in 2022 and made a minor loss. The divestment, recognized under Group activities, has only an insignificant impact on the group’s EBITA and profit after tax.
