Trelleborg’s acquisition of manufacturer of aerospace components finalized

Trelleborg Group has finalized the acquisition of the German-based company MG Silikon GmbH, an entity within Saint-Gobain Group. The company specializes in sealing solutions for aerospace and industrial applications.

MG Silikon has its head office and manufacturing in Lindau, Germany, and has annual sales of approximately SEK 120 M. The bolt-on acquisition is part of Trelleborg’s strategy to strengthen its positions in attractive industries.

The transaction will be consolidated as of October 31, 2022.
