Trelleborg’s acquisition of manufacturer of aerospace components finalized

Trelleborg Group has finalized the acquisition of an operation from the US-based privately owned 4M Company, Inc. The operation specializes in sealing solutions for aerospace and industrial applications.

4M’s head office and manufacturing are located in Tukwila, Washington, US, and it has annual sales of approximately SEK 85 M. This bolt-on acquisition is part of Trelleborg’s strategy to strengthen its positions in attractive industries.

The transaction will be consolidated as of June 30, 2023.
