Dynavox Group AB (the “Company”) announces that the Company’s registered number of shares, votes and share capital have increased through two share issues of a total of 2,029,034 new class C shares, corresponding to 202,903.40 votes, which the board of directors resolved on 9 May 2025 by virtue of the authorizations granted by the annual general meeting on 5 May 2025.

As of 30 May 2025, the total number of shares in the Company amounts to 106,880,235, of which 2,029,034 are class C shares and 104,851,201 are ordinary shares. The number of votes in the Company as of 30 May 2025 amounts to 105,054,104.40 and the share capital amounts to SEK 509,675.778536.
