Tobii Dynavox

Dynavox Group AB, the parent company of Tobii Dynavox and the global leader in assistive communication, has completed the previously announced acquisition of Cenomy, its reselling partner in France. 

The decision to join forces announced on April 8, 2025, will bring Tobii Dynavox closer to its customers in France, supporting people with disabilities to communicate more effectively. Today, the upfront consideration of EUR 5 million has been paid in cash and Cenomy is now a part of Tobii Dynavox. Additionally, a potential consideration may be paid after a period of two years.
