Thunderful prolongs distribution agreement with Nintendo

Thunderful Group AB’s subsidiary Bergsala AB has today agreed on a prolongation of the distribution agreement with Nintendo of Europe AG.

The current distribution agreement regarding distribution of Nintendo products in the Nordics and the Baltics between Bergsala AB and Nintendo of Europe AG, initially ending on March 31st 2024, has been prolonged for another two-year period. In all material aspects the terms are the same as for the current agreement.

“Thunderful’s unique relationship with Nintendo stretches back to the early 1980s when our subsidiary Bergsala started distributing Nintendo’s fantastic products to consumers across the Nordics and the Baltics,” said Martin Walfisz, CEO of Thunderful Group. “We’re exceedingly proud of this long-lasting partnership and look forward to many years of continued close collaboration with Nintendo.”
