Thunderful Group announces new date for the release of the Annual Report for 2024

Thunderful Group AB (“Thunderful”) announces today that the Board has decided to postpone the release of the Annual Report for the financial year 2024 to 30 April 2025.

The previously communicated date for publication was 29 April 2025. The reason for the postponement is that the restructuring from 2024 has led to a more extensive audit process and thus delayed the completion of the annual report for the financial year.
