Thunderful Group AB (publ) has previously communicated that it has entered into a share transfer agreement regarding Thunderful Group AB (publ)'s transfer and Bergsala NDP AB's acquisition of the distribution businesses AMO Toys AB, Bergsala Aktiebolag, Thunderful 1 AB and the distribution services company Thunderful Solutions AB. The transaction has today, June 28, 2024, been completed.

On May 21, 2024, Thunderful Group AB (publ) ("Thunderful" or the "Company") announced through a press release that it had entered into a share transfer agreement regarding the transfer (the "Transaction") of the remaining distribution businesses AMO Toys AB, Bergsala Aktiebolag, Thunderful 1 AB and the distribution services company Thunderful Solutions AB (together the "Subsidiaries") to Bergsala NDP AB, a company owned by Thunderful's largest shareholder and board member, Owe Bergsten. Thunderful hereby announces that the Transaction has been completed and the Subsidiaries are now fully owned by Bergsala NDP AB.
