Lennart Sparud resigns as CFO at Thunderful Group

Thunderful Group AB ("Thunderful") announces today that Lennart Sparud, at his own request, has chosen to end his employment as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for new challenges outside the company. The recruitment process for a new CFO will begin immediately and Lennart Sparud will remain as the company's CFO until December 30 2023 at the latest.

"Lennart has been a strong contributor to the positive operational and financial development the group has had over the past year. I want to thank Lennart for a very good collaboration and wish him the very best of luck in his future challenges," says Anders Maiqvist, Acting CEO at Thunderful Group.

"Despite uncertain macroeconomic factors, I am convinced that Thunderful, with its well-functioning subsidiaries and skilled employees, is well equipped for the future. After careful consideration, I have chosen to take on new challenges outside the company, but I will ensure a smooth handover to my successor," says Lennart Sparud.
