Change in the number of shares and votes in Thule Group

According to the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980), Swedish companies whose shares are listed on a regulated market and which increase or decrease the total number of shares or votes in the company are to disclose such changes on the last trading day the same month.

Thule Group announces that as of December 30, 2024, there are a total of 107,838,162 shares and votes in Thule Group. The share capital amounts to SEK 1,205,237.16.

The number of shares and votes has changed during December due to newly issued shares in connection with the acquisition of Quad Lock, amounting to 2,105,065 shares. The share issue was announced through press release on December 4, 2024.
