The majority of Thule Group’s subscription warrants series 2020/2023 has been exercised and as a consequence, the number of shares and votes in the company has increased by 1,051,201 in June 2023.

As of June 30, 2023, there are in total 105,613,637 shares and votes in Thule Group AB (publ).
