The majority of Thule Group’s subscription warrants series 2020/2023 has been exercised and as a consequence, the number of shares and votes in the company has increased by 1,052,606 in June 2023. This press release replaces the previous press release on this day regarding changed number of shares and votes, as additional shares were added during the day, due to the exercise of warrants.

As of June 30, 2023, there are in total 105,615,042 shares and votes in Thule Group AB (publ).
