Talkpool announces the successful completion of its first share options round, with participants achieving substantial gains as the company's share price closed trading at €1.17 in Frankfurt and SEK 14.5 in Stockholm on June 30, 2025 – well above the €0.75 strike price set in March 2024.

First Round Results

The inaugural program included 23 participants, primarily employees, with 370,000 share options (140,000 in Germany, 230,000 at headquarters). Options were priced at €0.01 each using the Black-Scholes-Merton model, based on:

• Stock price: €0.45 (March 2024)
• Strike price: €0.75
• 1.3-year period with 2.5% risk-free rate and 35% volatility

The large appreciation from strike price to current market value demonstrates the program's effectiveness in aligning employee incentives with shareholder value creation.

Program Structure 2024-2031

The comprehensive scheme spans four rounds over 7.5 years:

• Round 1: March 2024 - June 2025 (completed)
• Round 2: March 2026 - June 2027
• Round 3: March 2028 - June 2029
• Round 4: March 2030 - June 2031

Each round allocates up to 500,000 options, totalling 2 million maximum over the program's duration.
